At Love Notes Collection, we want you to be completely enamored with your beauty purchase. If a product doesn't resonate with you, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Email our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring the Return Authorization Code is clearly written on the outside of the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
